"Really great location close to the airport so you get to avoid some of the traffic in the city. Staff at the hotel were all great start to finish, the food at the restaurants and room service was excellent and the staff were always attentive and available.
The hotel driver (Khokon) was also great, was always on time and easy to communicate with.

We asked for an early boxed breakfast and as we had early morning flight and it was delicious. Only down side was a rip-off airport shuttle service that was 10 times what it cost on the street"

"AC did not work. Finally was changed to another room. AC did not work in that room either. At restaurant, BIG cockroach running down glass near table and across floor. WIFI weak, very slow (like dial-up) and dropped off more than once. Property has potential, but greater attention to details would be helpful."
