"The boat is adorably renovated and user friendly. Rose is a fantastic host and was a pleasure to encounter. She checked in and made sure our stay was wonderful. The boat is right off Los Olas, within walking distance of most of my destinations. I rarely moved the car. I would be happy to return again."

We didn't feel the host communicated with us very quickly initially, but he did eventually answer all our questions pre-trip. We got a lengthy legal document to sign the night before arriving, we looked it over and signed it at the last minute. "DONT WASTER YOUR TIME!!! OWNER IS HORRIBLE. BOAT IS OLD MANY ELECTRICAL ISSUES. Boat died while we were on the intracoastal and and we were in a dangerous place with many boats coming close to hitting us. Thankfully after an hour of being stranded my captain who I hired on my own was able to get us out of danger.
