"Room was clean but very tight, especially bathroom. Soap dispensers very difficult to get soap out of holder(like they don’t want you to use too much). Beautiful location, right across of park and beach. Great restaurants along Ocean Dr. Enjoyed the free bicycle rentals. "

"Valet was always under staffed, we call know one picks up, we ask for towels we get limited, we go to the beach the hotel ran out of towels, we call for room service no one picks up, one of the elevators seemed to be in operation. It was just horrific "

"It was very dark in the room and there were no amenities. There was no clock of any sort. A bottle of very low quality wine was ridiculously expensive. I did not use the breakfast. There was an ice machine on the floor which was nice. It was very quiet in the room. The blinds blocked the light out very well. It was more expensive than quoted."

"Here’s a polished quick review: We had a great recent stay at the Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton. The overall experience was excellent. The hotel staff was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the views were absolutely amazing. We also really enjoyed the amenities, which made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The only constructive feedback I would offer is that the room felt slightly dated being a Curio Collection Hotel, but it was very well maintained and comfortable. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would definitely stay again. "
