“The unit was very clean and comfortable and the hot water lasted forever which is hard to find. The host was responsive to our needs. Our only complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies so we had to go to front desk and inquire. We didn’t have a blender and a lot of glass ware was missing. We went to the pool of the Pristine Bay Hotel and the lady did not talk to us nicely. I think they need some education treating the client as well as the administrator of this villa. They need to talk to the client better and explain nicely the rules of everything.”
