“Room clean, tv hard to operate with no instructions (desk clerk was helpful and came to our room to get it working). Room phone not functioning to call front desk. ”

“The staff was friendly and helpful overall. The room that we stayed in was clean, but the door mechanism was not working properly. The pool/spa area was not clean and appeared to have a film on the top layer of the water. The hot portion of the breakfast was cold, and not cooked fully.”

Unfortunately, we are in an accessible room, and on the second day of our stay, the carpets in the hallways on our entire floor were ripped out and being replaced. “We checked in around 2 am. It took the stiff 20 minutes to get to the window. Thats the only complaint we had other than the parking. There isn't enough parking so everyone would park in front of our door so we had to park on the other side of the parking lot. This is the second time ive stayed at this location and I will definitely stay again when we go back.”
