"The kitchen table only sat 2 people we had 4 in our group. There was no seating outside and there was 2 trees down in the yard that were just mowed around instead of cleaned up and the fence is falling apart in some areas. The one bed was a toddler bed and needs updated to either a full or a queen. This could be a really cute property if it was kept up. We travel twice a month for business in that area, so we are always getting VRBO's. The location was great it was peaceful just needs some TLC. "
