“As a traveler from North America (Canada) who stayed at Rose Garden Premium for a three-country family reunion, here is my perspective:
The property’s size is its advantage. You simply have fewer people in the restaurant, pool, beach, lobby compared to larger hotels. Complete absence of water slides make this place unattractive to young families with screaming children, making for a quieter, more relaxing stay.
Staff is constantly cleaning and maintaining the property.

“First off, no one speak speaks English and they don’t care to help.
On our first day/night no one warned us that the tap water is not potable and also that they do not provide water past 9pm. There are no bottles of water or fountains. So if you wake up thirsty and unprepared as we were, well, they will just shrug and say something dismissive in Russian.
The room we got was dubbed ‘good room; good room’. But the level of dirt and brokenness is indescribable. Shout door holding on one and not……
