“My room is very small but it was a good lake view. However, my friends is not as lucky as us, their room has no view at all. The toilet is not clean and has a strange smell which made us not comfortable. The reception is close after 7:30pm and there is no alternate way to check in the room if you get delayed! The receptionist is not helpful and impolite. She is reluctant to answer questions.”

“The lock box to get the key is difficult to operate and should be udated. Once you get the key from the lock box there is no problem with entry. It would be nice to have a shower shelf for soaps and shampoo. One towel……
