“Brand New Hotel, just opened 02/2026, room we stayed in is the basic room but felt like upgraded one. Very quite hotel. Staff absolutely outstanding and very helpful from check in to check out. Treated nicely with some desert delivered to our room as welcome food, just perfect nothing else can describe it. The location can’t be better, 4-5 minute walk from the lake. We will be back in the future. Please keep this level if the service and cleanliness. ”

“Wir sind extra um 15 Uhr angereist um das Appartement zu beziehen, da wir die Koffer nicht im Auto lassen wollten und das parken nutzen wollten. Leider konnten wir nach mehrmaligen Versuchen nicht einchecken. Es gab drei verschiedene Notfall Telefonnummer, die alle nicht erreichbar waren! Wir haben dann mit Expedia telefoniert um Hilfe zu erhalten. Das erste Zimmer konnten wir erst gegen nach 16 Uhr einchecken. Das zweite hat dann wieder nicht geklappt! So das ich erneut mit Expedia chatten……
