“This place was perfect for the "Daddy-daughter" trip I had planned with my 9 year old girl right before her 10th birthday. We had a lovely time visiting the forests of this area and the small town feel of Duvall. This place had so many creative little touches that changed what could have been "just another rental property" into a real experience that my daughter will remember for a long time. Everything was comfortable, clean, and as described. And when we lost power due to a big storm, it was……

“If I could decorate my own vacation get away, this would be it. The home was exactly what we needed for our stay in a peaceful, clean neighborhood with easy parking, and close to a shore and dining, as well as additional shopping by car. It was perfect for my older small dog, as the porch is level to a lawn so she didn't have to climb up and down stairs. I have nothing but good things to say and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, place to stay in Seattle.”

“We found the cottage to be spotless and warm and cozy. The host has provided everything you could possibly want - including freshly baked muffins for your first morning’s breakfast, a Keurig with a variety of k-cups and creamers, and a variety of teas. There is a small sofa that converts into a twin bed, and I enjoyed sitting on it to crochet. The host also provides games - Yahtzee, backgammon, and cribbage, with two decks of cards. For our first rainy morning, we opted to stay in and played……

“Check-in was very easy and they accommodated a late check in. Pros: hot tub was clean, simple to use, hot upon arrival. Easy access to parking, groceries, and Green Lake park. Clean linens, kitchen and bath -- albiet we dealt with some fruit flies. We appreciated the separate towels for the bathroom vs hot tub!Cons: Neither bathroom pocket door can shut securely -- thankfully we were two female friends traveling together but with in-laws or coworkers this would have been very awkward with doors……
