“Booked room thru Expedia for last night. Note , I stayed at this same hotel this last Wednesday using the same payment method. Anyway I used Apple Pay on Expedia to pay for room. Arrived at Hotel and desk clerk said I see room is paid for thru 3rd party and asked for credit card for incidentals. I provided my Bank of America credit card with plenty available funds but was told it was declined and I could not be checked in. I have several other cards and offered them but clearly laughed at me……

“I didn't use the booking at the country inn in Lampasas, TX. My father was very ill, so didn't need the room. My father passed away Saturday early morning and I had canceled and had asked for my money back of $97.75, and y'all had no heart, flat told me NO REFUNDS”

“It's a bad experience, I'm a businessman who stays in hotels a lot, and they call you out early, even if it's not the check-out time, the pillows are hard, even though there are four of them, none of them can sleep, they put the coffee machine in the toilet room.”

“I stayed in Oasis’ RV unit while on a Christmas hiking trip with my 75 year old mom and our dogs. The camper was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with every necessity you could imagine. Check in and out were both effortless. Sadly, this was my first vacation of the year. So, visiting here off season was perfect for us. It was peacefully quiet and relaxing, with plenty of space inside the camper and out to unwind and enjoy this getaway. However, I can well imagine the fun you……
