“Hier is een nette en evenwichtige versie van je review: Mooie accommodatie met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat hard werkt. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar prima verzorgd. De kamer vond ik echter wat onhandig ingericht. De badkamer bood weinig privacy en beschikte alleen over een verzonken bad, waardoor je een stap naar beneden moest maken. Daarnaast was er geen mogelijkheid om de douchekop op te hangen, wat het wassen van je haren lastig maakte. Ook was er slechts één spiegel aanwezig……

“If you are looking for a nice room this is the place. But if you are expecting some basic service and hospitality (according to the price) forget it. Reception is mostly closed. And there was no one to attend for check-out. It was a mess and got treated very unprofessionally. We were scolded on WhatsApp for wanting to leave our luggage for a couple of hours before flying off.”

“We stayed for 3 nights, however the air conditioning didn’t work after the first night due to a fault in shutting the outside doors. We had staff come in and out throughout night/early hours to try and fix it. It broke again after two hours so had to have them come back in again. It then worked ok”

“Tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida en este hotel, los ascensores la mayoría de las veces no funcionaban, la habitación en 5 días q estuvimos nunca tiraron la basura y la limpiaban muy mal, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó y todos los días íbamos a quejarnos a la recepción y nos decían q lo arreglarían y nunca lo hicieron, lo mejorcito del hotel fue el bufe, y la piscina creo q es demasiado pequeña para las dimensiones y lo lleno que se pone el hotel”

“Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first & foremost, which was frustrating as we are Scottish but after living in Spain for 21 years & speaking Spanish was very frustrating. My wife suffered an injury due to water leaking into the floor……
