"We stayed in the cottage which was up the street from the Hotel, we loved having our own private space. It was spacious, clean and has everything you need! It's close to all the shops and restaurants downtown so we were able to walk to Dinner and then a bar to end the night."

"We loved this place. Excellent location. Enjoyed our days on the beach and shopping in Berlin. Loved sitting outside in fenced in yard, perfect for our dog. The decor is so cute, everywhere you look there is something to enjoy. Our host Lori was the best! Told us places to see and enjoyed talking with her. We would recommend"

"Overall good. There is some confusion over bed sheets not being included. Owner requires a lot of cleaning and washing of towels before checking out. Things that I would normally think are done by cleaning people. It was clean and ready when we arrived."

"The property was described pretty accurately and a great price. Very spacious and the location was great. The property could have been cleaner. There were a lot of spider webs and spots on the carpet. Also air was too cold during the day & too warm at night. Overall it was a good stay & I would stay here again!"
