The breakfast was nicely arranged. The staff where nice, helpful and pretty amazing! Be advised: Italians have a very special schedule of eating times and they freeze to death when it’s under 68°F, so restaurants may be closed and the A/C boils you to do death. ”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Siamo stati benissimo in questo hotel. Vicinissimo al porto canale. Camera pulita e ordinata con letti e cuscini davvero comodi. Personale gentilissimo. Parcheggio gratuito presso la struttura. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio biciclette (con tanto di seggiolino per la nostra bambina) e le brioche della colazione. ”
