“This is a beautiful place to stay. I loved the kitchen, which was well stocked with appliances like a kcup machine and coffee pods and everything was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large. Check-in was a little difficult because the door wasn’t labeled the same way the surrounding doors were labeled so I had some trouble finding it but the owner called me that evening to help me find the correct door. “We camped at Freedom Farm and enjoyed the secluded woods setting for our tent. Everything was clean and well prepared for our stay, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. It is beautifully situated and is a short drive from some excellent hiking and biking in nearby state parks. I think a couple of things, though, could be improved. The tent was set up on an incline, which made sleeping a bit less comfortable than it might have been. I would recommend that the hosts build a level platform……

“The "apartment" is an extension on a house with its own convenient private entrance. We arrived late at night and the seemingly complicated self-check in directions we received turned out to be very simple. It was also very easy to find a variety of dining options nearby in town.We did not use the pool, but the interior "apartment" was lovely. It would have been helpful to know another renter was staying in an adjacent "apartment". We also couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat. Thank……

“The host is very attentive and check in was very easy. The issue we have with this property is the location which is not in the control of the host. The property was basic and clean. As another review states, if you know the neighborhood then you know what to expect. So, if someone does not know the neighborhood, check Google Earth to see more of the surrounding streets and buildings. In addition, the listing says "Parking on site" but the only parking was the street. We did not stay and found……
