“The only positive thing about this property is its proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. The listing advertised 1.5 bedrooms, but in reality, there was barely one. Instructions were unclear, and we didn’t even know how to properly lock the door, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen was poorly equipped—yes, there was a microwave, but there were no basic items to actually heat or prepare meals.We’ve used VRBO many times before……

“AC was window units. One in the bedroom and one in the living area. Convenient to the beach. Parking was minimal. We had to use the overflow each night across Atlantic Blvd. We saw one roach in the bathroom and a few very tiny black bugs in the bathroom. ”

“It was an older hotel that has been updated nicely. It was pretty comfortable and had everything we needed. It could have used nicer towels. But I was happy with everything else.”

“First thing first could not lock the sliding glass door. It was actually broken. Towel in the bathroom look like they used it to clean floor big brown stains on it. The grout in bathroom brown from mold or whatever. Could not contact manager for hours and then they would not offer new room or money back. Had the nerve to tell us the owner stayed in that room but there is no way in hell they would stay in that room. Lost over 600 because they would not help. Total trash of a place.”
