“I was truly pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I found the organized state of the room to be quite calming.”

They should at least have some basic things before opening for business and the room was not a bargain! It was expensive. ”

“Didn't stay in the room. Bugs were coming out from under things and even got in our food! Smoke detector was disassembled and beds had mold on them. When we packed up and left we went to the front desk to explain and show videos. They acknowledged they have been experiencing big problems and agreed to refund our stay ( less than 2 hours). When Expedia reached out to get approval for the refund they refused to answer the phone!! I paid 80 bucks for nothing and ended up staying elsewhere for……

“Room was not clean. No cold water in the shower so I couldn't take one after a long day of driving. People hanging outside till late at night so I did not feel safe, even with my dog. Beds were awful, stains on sheets and pillow cases. Awful night. The ad on Expedia is very misleading. Never again!”
