“Great location for OU activities. Staff and breakfast were excellent! Quiet and lovely!”

“The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way.”

“Someone attempted to break into my truck and I was parked in front of the side door where a camera was facing my vehicle.”

“The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable.”

“Room was not very clean (I had to clean the toilet seat). Carpets needed cleaning in the halls and in our room. General maintenance of the hotel was lacking.”

“The property looked older on the outside and inside. Everything we needed worked. The customer service was great and they were very attentive to what I had told her when I first checked in. It didn’t matter what time of day we spoke with any of the employees their customer service was very good ( that’s rare these days). Room was very clean and big”

“Checked in late like 10pm and had a little mix up with the checkin with pet fees and other fees but got corrected in the am. Didn't use the pool looked green when seen it the next morning. But room was good. Overall good experience just a few to many add ons if you wanted them breakfast and such.”

“We had to leave because they're were bed bugs. We were told a refund from Expedia would be issued but still havent gotten the refund”
