“"A very clean and well-maintained property in a prime location. It’s tucked away on a side street, so it’s peaceful, yet you can walk to the Tower or the shops in just a few minutes. The check-in process was smooth and the management seems to have a real handle on keeping the place organized and friendly. Excellent value for money for such a central location, and the loyalty scheme is a brilliant touch for regular visitors. I’ll definitely be recommending this to friends."”

“Phoned hotel to ask about parking was told when we arrived that we would be able to have secured parking for £7 daily when we arrived was asked to park at the back of the hotel in a back alley where we had to dodge dog dirt We booked a superior sea view room nothing superior about it desperately needs decorating very shabby We only had a little blow heater on a chair for heating and no hot water for a shower asked the owner about the water he said run the tap for 10 minutes we did this still……
