“We chose this property for its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, relying on the Expedia listing that promised A/C and a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the house was very hot upon arrival, and the washer was broken. We had two main issues: Broken Washer: The washer was the primary reason we rented a house instead of a hotel. The owner later revealed a previous guest broke it, and they were unable to fix it. However, they failed to warn us in advance so we could make other laundry……

“Lobby was so hot it was not a good place to hang out by. Breakfast was always out of things like coffee, pancake mix, boiled eggs, etc Several people had to have their key re done as we could not get back into our room. Very dissapointing for these types of hotels and will not stay there again”
