“Staff kept forgetting to refresh coffee”

“Great location in Pigeon Forge. We had a room on the first floor close to the indoor and outdoor pools and the office. Parked right in front of our room! Hot tub and pools were great! I loved that our room was refreshed daily with fresh towels and our beds were made! Very nicely priced for our 3 night stay! Beds were comfy too, I would recommend this hotel even tho it could use a little renovation! ”

“I rated them a 4 due the fact that we didn’t get to use the outdoor pool. It rained the days we were there. However, there were many activities inside! We played bingo, got a glitter tattoo and participated in the dance party! The arcade was cool too! I would highly recommend if you have kids! Great employees! A store, bakery, ice cream and pizza shoppes right there! Clean bldg, clean rooms, nice bathroom, and it’s cashless. We will be back!”

“Probably the nicest economy hotels we have ever had. Would gladly recommend it to anyone staying in Pigeon Forge, would suggest you ask for a rear facing room to enjoy the view of the river. It is gorgeous. ”

“When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.”
