Two things that made it less that great… middle of the night fire alarm… really can’t be helped… and the door card only worked one out of 3 or 4 try’s… irritating … likely batteries… no biggies. Breakfast good with a waffle batter dispenser that dispensers… a rarity… Rooms clean, maintenance actively maintaining, desk staff pleasant and efficient!

Housekeeping staff was very pleasant and helpful , same with the front desk staff in the lobby . The only negative I have is that the fire alarm went off three times in a 4 day stay , they were redoing the lobby entrance outside so it was noisy . It is a bit farther from Boston than I anticipated and not super close to Salem either so in future I would plan better to stay in each of those cities separately then stay in the middle of the two . Not a big deal if you have a car but gets pretty expensive taking uber to and from everywhere from this hotel

I’ve been to this hotel twice now and each time it’s been great! They renovated and there’s no rugs in the room! I love that! I want to give a special recognition to Mark. He helped me figure out why my name wasn’t popping up in the system. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.

There were hairballs on the floor. There wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper in the room. My daughter is handicapped and the front entrance was closed due to construction going on outside. The hotel evacuation was tripped by a worker outsideI and he was clueless about what was going on until the fire company showed up.I originally booked a 4 night stay and left after 2 nights. I generally stay at Hampton Inns when I travel. This stay left a very bad impression.

It was not at all like the photo shown when booking. Some of the photos are not this property. No sofa bed. No study area. No carpeting. The pool was out of order. Ice machine out of order. Workers drilling during breakfast. Shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. Tripped a breaker and lost electricity when trying to use a blow dryer (2X) Very disappointing.

I never stayed there because their indoor pool wasn’t working. I ended up going to another hotel with an indoor pool which because of the late reservation paid $190 more for my stay. I was very upset. Therefore I can’t answer some of the previous questions. The reason I booked Hampton inn was because of indoor pool.

The pool was not working on our stay. Additionally, the outlet in the bathroom was loose. When plugged in the hairdryer, it tripped the power to the whole room. The breakfast was good on day 1. Day 2 had only western style eggs vs plain eggs but otherwise the variety was good. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. The room was comfortable and well temperature. It would have been nice to have dresser drawers available. The bathtub is extremely slippery without having grips on the bottom. Felt a little dangerous.
