“Staff was excellent. Location is great. ”

“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

“We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas……

“We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating except for not getting our room cleaned a few days. The food was great, entertainment every night, and we loved finishing up our nights dancing at the piano bar. ”

“When you pay for breakfast, it only includes adults and have to pay for children above 5. You will pay daily tax that was not mentioned on Expedia. The only bright side is that the Hilton is next to a beautiful beach! ”

“My only critique is that they need four new beach chairs, preferably the Tommy Bahama chairs. They are light, comfortable, and sturdy. Other than that, it was great and thank you!”

“Property was nice, if you’re looking to have direct beach access, I wouldn’t recommend staying here as the water isn’t calm nor swimmable. I’d recommend staying near west coast of island or near Carlisle bay. I don’t feel like the hotel was kid friendly and because of that, I will not be returning as I travel with my children. Guests had complaints of kids playing at the pool, where management had to be involved and they favored the guest who had the issue with the kids. ”
