This completely remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit features laminate flooring, all new furnishings and decor and a beautiful new kitchen with stainless appliances. The master bedroom has a King Bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has twin beds. Flat Screen TV's in every room. Enjoy the Gulf Breezes from your 2 private balconies with Gulf Views. Inside utility with washer/ dryer and central vacuum. Sleeper Sofa in Living room Non-Smoking unit, No pets. WiFi.

Free trolley service that picks up right out front and takes you anywhere along Anna Maria Island, and within walking distance there is a fun cabana bar and restaurant, scooter and bicycle rentals, and local shops.

Fantastic condo, with an amazing view of the beach across the street. Check-in was smooth and pre-arrival communication with owner was excellent. Condo was clean, quiet, well-appointed, very comfortable and extras (beach chairs etc) were super appreciated. This was our first visit to AMI and we are looking forward to returning. We would not hesitate to stay here again, it was an excellent place and we really enjoyed it.

We had an amazing first trip to AMI! Condo was perfect for us and our 17 year old daughter. Perfectly clean, tasteful & cute decor, comfy beds, spacious bathroom and kitchen Easy access to the beach. Close proximity to dining and shopping. Free trolley is fantastic. View is spectacular. We definitely would stay here again!

Terrific walking distance to restaurants as well as the beach

Booked this property on a whim and brought the family down. Very nice to have a parking spot under the facility and ease of access to the unit. Our family really enjoyed the walkability for all of the bars and restaurants in the near vicinity and close proximity to the grocery store.

Christmas holiday stay

The property is amazing. Great location on Bradenton Beach. The condo itself is a good size and had everything we needed. Parking was great. Although we didn't use the pool as the weather didn't cooperate, we certainly used the beach right across the street. Would highly recommend.

A Very Nice Stay On Anna Maria Island

A good location on Bradenton Beach, just across the street from the beach. The traffic was noisy but the heavy patio door facing the street really did a great job sealing out the noise. This property had an open kitchen/living/dining area that was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the laundry room had a nice washer and dryer. Roomy, comfortable and conveniently located. We prefer single family homes but this condo was five stars.

Best weekend getaway

My boyfriend and I stayed for a long weekend. The apt/condo was perfect! Everything you need for your stay. You can see the ocean from the kitchen. It was really clean and well stocked. We were so sad to go but look forward to visiting again.

Great Anna Maria Island Getaway

My wife, daughter, and I had a great three day stay at the condo. It is in a great location on the island, which is literally right across from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. I had several clarifying questions for the listing agent prior to booking, and they answered those quickly. The condo unit is well maintained, clean, and decorated.

Thank you so much for a charming and clean stay. The security of the condo and rules were very clear. We loved the modern yet comfortable home. We cleaned up as if it were our own and hope our family can co-locate to the condo again! We came from VA, FL and NY. Girls Relaxation Trip

The property is super clean, new and well laid out. It is directly across the street from Bradenton Beach, but from the private access side, which was really nice. There were not many people on the beach which was great. The trolly, which is free stops right in front of the property as well. Most places are walking distance or a few stops away on the trolley. Every place we went to eat was 10/10 recommend. On the first night we ate at the Wicked Cantina (TexMex), Bridge Street Bistro (great view of the sunset and delicious food, fresh grouper), Daquiri Deck (great view of sunset, delicious tacos), Beach House Waterfront delicious food, great portions and beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. For breakfast highly recommend Ginny & Janes, it was a few stops on trolley but very nice, gluten free options, fresh farm to table ingredients. Recommend ice cream from Island Scoops and frozen popsicles from this store on bridge street. 10/10 Recommend this stay. Would totally go back. We’re from NYC and know good food. Very relaxed and chill environment everywhere we went.
