“Let’s start with Danielle; an amazing host and communicator. Worked with us on arrival and departure times, met us at property to run us through everything. She was fantastic! The pictures do not do this property justice; it’s an amazing House Boat in a stunning location. Spotless, comfortable, and outfitted with everything you would need. It’s was an unbelievable experience with a fanatics owner and I highly recommend it! ”

“What an awesome way to experience Newport - it was our first time on a houseboat and Daniel was so kind and informative during our stay. The best thing I can say is that I can not wait to visit again soon and stay on the Waterlily. ”

“Very clean apartment. The owner was very responsive thru out trip. I was a bit worried about parking on the street since it is on a corner but all worked out fine. Washer and dryer are in the basement, but they are for the use of only the apartment guest so it wasn't a big deal if we had to leave something sit until we came back from our daily excursion. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a large frying pan which made some meals a bit tricky to cook. Also consider instructions on how to……

“Beautiful place and even more beautiful scenery”

“Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay.”

“This suite was in Warwick. There is a small deck where off to the side the Cove is visible.it is difficult to say it is pet friendly. Up 2 flights of steps, no room inside and no fenced in yard. The room was clean. The hot tub is very small and on the side of the driveway in the front yard by the street. No privacy. There was a fruit snack and homemade corn bread on arrival. The suite is very small for two and the hostess has every space filled with her items.”

“It was an adorable cottage that was clean and close to the Newport Vineyards and shops. I would definitely stay there again! ”

“This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. ”
