"Great place to entertain and host family when we visited. Clean and comfortable, great communications! Would stay again. Note there is no pool table as listed. If you have allergies, asthma or any sensitivity to odors, you should notify before you arrive so they don't spray all the rooms and surfaces to make it smell "nice"- we couldn't breathe until it dissipated the next day."

"Very nice immaculate and modern home that is situated on a huge lot in a quiet neighborhood of nice homes and a short drive to all there is to do in Citrus County. A notebook and brochures, along with some other nice touches, with all activities were provided to ensure you get the most out of your vacation."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication was great, every question and request were answered promptly. Everything was great. Only one tiny nit pick: from the listing it wasn't clear the location of house and the pool. The pool turned out to be fairly far away"

"We really enjoyed staying here. The property was exactly as described in the listing!!!! Many things available for use while there...such as beach towels, chairs, kayaks, games, lounge chairs, Netflix on the TVs, and soooo much more. We were here in early May and saw manatees as well! The only thing worth noting is that the stairs might be difficult to climb for anyone elderly or walking handicap."
