Welcome to Beachy Keen at the North Breakers (Unit 404)! Beautifully remodeled inside and out, this gated ocean view condo at the oceanfront condo complex of North Breakers is a breathtaking home for guests to enjoy on St. Simons Island. Located near the elevator, this 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms and an open floor plan living/dining and kitchen area, 404 North Breakers is the perfect ocean view condo. The designer selected décor balanced with all the comforts of home including new HD Smart TVs that will wow guests from the moment they walk through the front door. The condo also provides outstanding WIFI speed and coverage throughout the unit (see speed test photo in the gallery). The fully stocked kitchen with new KitchenAid appliances is a chef's dream prep area. The adjacent bar space provides guests with an ice maker and an additional beverage refrigerator. The drip coffee maker will provide the morning brew that guests will enjoy to start their day. A large balcony with a bar top table and chairs provides an outdoor escape to take in views of the ocean or spend the day relaxing by the newly renovated heated pool, spa, and pool deck.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

The Primary Suite offers guests a king bed with private access to the main balcony. The en suite bathroom is tastefully designed with beach décor and a wonderful walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin single bed with a nice-sized walk-in closet. The en suite guest bathroom is tastefully updated with a walk-in shower and another entrance to the main hallway.

Guests of Beachy Keen will have full access to the privately gated grounds, oceanfront pool, and spa (hot tub) as well as a gated private beach access. The North Breakers elevator provides guests access to the fourth floor and a quick 50' walk to the front door of the condo.

Beachy Keen will quickly become guests' "Go To" ocean-view condo on St. Simons Island where many wonderful memories will be made!
