"My shower broke at 11:30 pm. Called front office, sent maintenance by 12:30, they shut off water to room, no discount or refund. Poor maintenance probably led to problem with fixture."

"Manager was very rude, she refused to accept my confirmed reservation through hotels.com. She wanted me to literally pay for another reservation. She finally accepted it but charged me a fee. Incredibly rude. I will never stay at this facility again. "

"Small town, but 1st time in my life that my hotel room didn't have a phone. Also, you are ONLY allowed one device per room to use the wifi. So if you have work to do wifi can ONLY be used on your phone or your laptop but not both. There was no staff available in the morning. Went next door for breakfast at McDonald's gate was closed no staff. Got ready to check out at 8am. gate still closed no staff. Never ever seen that before. Smoke free hotel but still smelled like smoke. Had to go and buy some Lysol and air freshener for my room. Luckily Walmart was just across the freeway from my hotel so I didn't have to go far."

"This place is terrible and Expedia is even worse for dealing with them and stealing money from people. Expedia's payment process denied and the front desk would not provide us a room. I had a receipt that the room was paid for & I even showed where the money was taken from my bank account. Nonetheless, the hotel stated their payment was denied from Expedia and would not give us the room we reserved. Turns out after stealing my money and not providing us a room for something that we were not at fault at all, they are not going to refund. This place is wrong for this and Expedia (Hotels.com) is worse for allowing this to happen and not refunding us for this terrible situation."
