A wooden cabin with a covered patio, outdoor seating, and a fire pit.

Nellysford

"The cabin is cute, but the property beside it looks down on the cabin so not much privacy or a view. There's no dishwasher, oven, or even a hair dryer here. When it rains the water turns rusty, thus is not drinkable and they don't leave bottled water for you or offer to help with that so that limits showers, toilets turned rusty, couldn't make coffee etc. The property was a little overgrown when we arrived as well. But a person came while we were there and cut the grass."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Farmville by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"everything good"

Holiday Inn Charlottesville-Monticello by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"The room was very well thought out and had everything I needed. It was very clean and exceptionally quiet. The environmental unit was by far the best, easy to set and extremely quiet. The complimentary breakfast was well above average. I would definitely stay here again."

Peacefull, private Cabin! 140 acres, mile of river trails! 10 minutes to Rt.151!

10/10 Excellent

"I would describe the rental as "honest". It's not beautifully decorated or has tons of pampering items... it is exactly what you read and that is very refreshing. First off, the place is very clean and has pretty much everything you need (bring some coffee pods if you prefer those). It is exactly as pictured and described - lovely property surrounded by woods with the river close by, a nice place to light a fire at night, places for people to sit or to eat, the items needed to cook a meal. The price is excellent and we were well pleased with our stay and will book again when in the area."

Maysville Manor Bed & Breakfast

10/10 Excellent

"I’m going to start off with saying The manor is beautiful. I found this gem kinda last minute and I’m glad I did. It is very clean, quiet and I felt mostly like I had it to myself. There were other guests who were staying but unless if I seen their vehicle or faintly heard them when I went to the Bathroom, I’d have never known. So as many others state, there is no breakfast, the owner you have to call upon arrival, they explain why and they are so nice. But I didn’t stay there for the breakfast, I stayed for the experience and I’m glad I did. It was very clean, there are 2kitchens to choose from and you have full reign of cooking and such, the back one has a dishwasher a well. The owner said any room with the doors open you can go in and check it out, now the not so great but still worth it part… the steps to the manor need work, there are a lot of stairs… different rooms you need to go up or down into this rooms by stairs. One of the bathrooms I had to step up then step down to get into the bathroom it was weird. But I loved this place and recommend for an adventure. I would and will go back. And last but not least this gem is up for sale!"
