“Very clean and functional apartment. Well equipped with all amenities: Washer, dishwasher, A/C, fully equipped kitchen. Well located next to métro ‘Reumannplatz station’, just 2 stations from central train station of Vienna. Many boutiques, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Check-in was very easy. No key, just code for the main door and the apartment door. Highly recommended.”

“We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot. Upon arrival we called, and soon after Maria greeted us welcome, and showed us the way to our room, asked us what time we would like breakfast and made sure we were all settled. It felt more……

“NO AC !! The room is advertised as having AC, but on the day of check-in I was informed that it was not working. I was asked to turn the AC off immediately, and was told that someone would come the next day to make sure it was switched off. I did so, and unfortunately had no AC during my entire 3-night stay, despite temperatures of 38–39°C outside. I was told they were “working on it,” but I didn’t receive any further updates during my stay about whether it had been fixed. I stayed in room on……

“It was a lovely roomy apartment with everything we needed provided.The Apartment was larger than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. It had two toilets, a very big bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, local restaurants and the underground station was across the road from the apartment so made it very easy to get around. It was a short walk through a park to the Schonbrunn Palace. If we went again would definitely book this apartment.”
