"We were greeted by a man in a tattered sweatshirt in the main house. Then We were taken to the room in a carriage house across a dark parking lot. There were no lights in the entry and there was an sunken entry to the room we nearly fell into the room. There were remains from the previous logger including dirty glasses and trash. It was dark and dingy. We had stayed in the main house 3-4 years earlier and went to look at an available room there. The hall carpets were stained and in bad shape,...

What a great place to stay. I worked there 24 years ago and this was my first time back. What a wonderful experience. The true love of my life, Kristie T. and I had an incredible dining experience. And we both agreed the bed was quite comfortable :)
