"The property is walkable from the Vibenshus Rundell Metro Station (M3 line). There are supermarkets (Netto, Discount 365) nearby. The whole property is automated without any physical check-in process. I took one comfy room which was a studio apartment with one twin bed, one small tea/laptop table, one cozy sofa, kitchen, and bathroom. Most of the amenities were available. They also have common washeteria, kitchen, and luggage room for users."

The Executive lounge was a nice place to grab water, soda, coffee and wine and was really pretty. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the last two days and wished we had gone earlier in the trip! "I was highly impressed by the staff, who were wonderful during checkin, breakfast, and storing our suitcases. The friendly and accommodating treatment elevated the entire experience. At first I felt ambivalent about a room directly next to the lobby. The room was the most quiet room I have stayed in compared to probably hundreds of hotels. We absolutely loved the walk from the hotel to the city center as it took as along the water from modern architecture to the old city center."

"I would absolutely stay at the Grand Joanne again. The room was warm, stylish, comfortable; the location is terrific, right next to central station, Tivoli Gardens, Glyptoteket, Planetarium and 500 places to eat within 10 blocks radius. The rooftop dj's were terrific and we enjoyed Aperol spritzers and met some fun people from Sweden on holiday. Rooftop shuts down immediately when it rains but then they move the party downstairs to the bar/restaurant. fantastic cocktails and excellent service. One of the finest hotels we've stayed at in recent years. Next to our lovely accommodations the staff was the best thing about Grand Joanne. Everyone from the front desk to the bartenders, the servers and cleaning staff were absolutely 5 star. Tak! "

"This is an interesting place. Small "apartment" but actually everything one needs, including a small microwave. Clever design of the bathroom/shower situation. Charming to have lots of youngish people and young families at the breakfast downstairs. Nice to close to the big "gallery" shopping mall, whose McDonalds stays open to 1 am apparently. It is a bit of a ride to the airport, and I'm not sure how long this would take on a bus, but with a rental car it is about 8 minutes"
