From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated, thoughtful, and effortlessly luxurious. We stayed in the Home Suite, and it was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It felt both elegant and warm, with every detail clearly considered. Each evening we enjoyed dinner……

“Property was completely unlocked and empty of people. Had to use posted number on unlocked door to contact an employee who showed up 15 minutes later. Was taken to a dirty unmade bedroom with old and mismatched furniture. Bathroom was 30 yards away with no toiletries and no mirror Water was luc warm. Carpet throughout the building was rhreadbare. After 20 minutes I decided to vacate the hotel due to watching a rat run down the hallway.”
