“The rooms and common areas are opulent and luxurious. The grounds are wonderfully manicured with exceptional views out to the sea. There is even a haunted castle ruin on site! All the staff are wonderful and friendly, especially Andrea who looked after my family and I on our short stay. Without a doubt, one of the prettiest hotels in Scotland! ”

When we first checked in Aaron's enthusiasm was infectious and it started our weeks break off perfectly 😊 in the restaurant Lexi & Belinda were sweethearts and made sure we had everything we needed. 🍽️ Food in the restaurant was fabulous 😍 tried different items on the menu throughout the week and everything was delicious 😋 never a bad meal and we had breakfast and evening meals in the hotel/restaurant. “The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows. The bed is very comfortable but a bit on the narrow side. The service, the comfort of the quality bedding and linens, the wonderful breakfast that is offered to all guests to mention a few were exceptional. The location is perfect if you’re interested in golfing Royal Dornoch or visiting a quaint village in the Highlands. I highly recommend this hotel!”
