The wildlife like deer, turkey, eagles and more are abundant. We got to sit on the deck and watch 3 baby deer in the morning with my coffee. The golf cart is a must. To get back and forth from the beach with all your stuff. Swimming is not permitted directly behind the house because of the boat ramp. The beach is literally……
