"A beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Only concern was the pool use unfortunately wasn’t included in our booking so would have cost an extra 30 euros a day to use (spa use too). Definitely recommend checking if book as a package like we did.
House keeping, reception staff, evening bar staff and door staff are a credit to the hotel. We needed the maintenance teams support during our stay and an issue (our fault) was solved in literally ten minutes which we were extremely grateful for.

We used the rooftop bar once and it was lovely. Superb cocktails with servers on hand to guide you to the best ones to suit your taste. Amazing panoramic views including St Stephen’s basilica.
The spa was a wonderful retreat after a long day of walking and sightseeing especially the lovely foot massage in the jacuzzi!
This has to be the best hotel I have ever had the privelage to stay at. Most definitely a 5 star hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff especially those at breakfast.

"Located in quite area and yet 15 minutes walk to Parliament and the Danube. Hop on hop off bus next door ,asked about traditional restaurant and was offered quick options. "
"Wonderful place. Breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. Same place function also as an oriental restaurant for lunch, dinner and room service. Rooms are well maintained and the bed was very comfortable.
The receptionists that I have met, and not for the first time, Zsófia and Kinga, were extremely friendly and professional.
