We got in and found used towels all around with weird smell. The places wasn’t cleared. And what she offered to solve was to wait like 2 hours for her to arrive that will give us clean bed sheets for us to change. We had driven a lot to find where we stay will be clean at least. "The house was very dirty, cockroaches on the counters, mice running from the living room to the kitchen. We had to buy cleaning products and deodorants for the furniture. Had towels but no wash cloths, no towels for the kitchen. No pillow cases. Kitchen garbage can was filthy. Overall a disappointing experience. Would never book here again. "
