Sandy beach & swimming area on 1 acre lot, 100ft wrap around deck w/30ft covered, screened in grilling gazebo w/36 inch Blackstone, Weber Gas Grill, fire pit, 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak, & 1 canoe,1+ acre lot. Slip & free launching included. 5 bedroom house (one bedroom is open, loft like ) 200+ft of waterfront on one acre. City water & sewer with tankless hot water. Located on Lewis Point - a coveted spot on the lake for fishing w/fishing shop at the end of the street! Linens and towels included as is washer and dryer. Lots of parking and firewood for sale on site.

The property was fantastic and Brian the owner was one of the best we have worked with in all our vacation rentals - it was exactly as depicted and the home and surroundings were wonderful - I highly recommend it!

Our Family getaway
Owner lives next door. The place needs a very thorough cleaning. Blinds were really dirty and bathroom tub we cleaned. Ceiling had multiple water stains from a prior leak 2 yrs ago per owner. Sandy area for swimming was not Sandy at all but covered in a grayish substance. Making swimming impossible. Storm water run off next to the house smelled and made it hard to be outside. There were no blinds or curtains on bathroom window which over looked deck steps. No privacy. The one bedroom in the back gets very hot as the vent has been dry walled over. They did provide a fan but it didn’t help much. The thirty games listed is one arcade table with 30 games on it. So only two could play at a time The picnic table was broken as was a rail on the deck both of which the owner fixed right away The three bathrooms in the listing are really only two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. It’s mentioned down somewhere in descriptions but should only show two in listing not three. Brian did offer us some free firewood and use of his boar( which we would have to clean( to compensate for things We didn’t use the boat as we weren’t on vacation to clean things. We had to find things for kids to do everyday off the property as they weren’t able to swim in the lake. Google the lake before using it. We should have researched it better . We ended up spending more money to swim in green lake state park. Which was beautiful and not polluted. Overall we made the best of it.

Excellent.
Excellent property, excellent location, excellent owner. Owner. We are very happy. We comfortably housed over 20 people, everybody had their bed. Numerous bunk beds for the kids and a couple private rooms for the adults. Right on the lake and plenty of room for play or relaxation. It's small and sound travels so there's limited privacy from your other guests but we weren't looking for that. We will be back.

Gorgeous lake front property
What a beautiful location! We loved this place. House is well stocked. Host responded quickly to any questions. Easy access to nearby stores. It could've used a better cleaning and better access to parking (owner's RV took a lot of space) but overall, this place is a gem! We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic family vacation
This property is excellent. It looks small from the outside, but there is more space than you think inside. Lots and LOTS of beds. There are 4 bedrooms with doors (2 with 2 spots to sleep, 1 with 3 spots to sleep, and the other with 4 or so spots to sleep) and an additional room upstairs that does not have a door but has many additional beds. Kitchen has everything you need (most utensils, pots, pans, lots of glasses and coffee cups). The deck is really fantastic with tons of seating - we ate dinner outside a few nights when the weather agreed. Room for 8 or so people at the indoor dining room table. The beach area was where we spent most of our time - beautiful view of the lake, sunsets every night over the lake. The lake is very shallow (about 1-1.5 feet) for the first 0.1 of a mi or so out which was great for kids. Great fire pit that we used multiple times. Kayaks, canoe available. Great A/C.

A wonderful choice.
This rental is incredibly comfortable and in an excellent location. The owners were very helpful. We enjoyed the stunning sunsets on the lake every night and the baby ducks every morning.

My 2 sons, me and 5 friends spent 2 nights and 3 days in this warm and cozy house. We had a great time. Brian is very cool and friendly. Gave us couple useful advises about fishing on this lake. Showed us good fishing spots. And yes, we caught fish. We wish could stay longer. Thank you Brian.

Bridal Party Getaway
First off, Brian is incredible responsive and helpful. He also has great taste in TV shows. Secondly, the property and sleeping arrangement options were beyond amazing. We used the property as a getaway for my husband and I and our bridal party for our wedding. The view and amenities were a highlight. Thank you Brian for q wonderful place to stay!

Great Stay for lakeside recreation
The property was great and Brian was very attentive to us! Right one the water with great access to some good ice fishing. If you’re fishing late season and don’t have a side by side or snow mobile I’d definitely recommend snow shoes. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect for your family
Our family really enjoyed the property and the owners were fantastic. They even brought over extra life jackets for the kids. Very quiet area with a diner and bait shop up the street. The place had 5 bedrooms but easily could sleep multiple families. I highly recommend and hope to return next year.

This is a great location! The kids loved having the freedom to play outside with our numerous games we brought plus the ability to go swimming. The water was shallow enough that the younger kids didn’t even need a vest.

My family had great time on Oneida lake is very shallow at the shore very safe for kids to play in. We really enjoyed the kayaks on the the lake. We rented a pontoon for the week. House is new and clean. Brian is a few doors away to help if there is a problem We had a bone fire every night while we watched the beautiful sunset

Wonderful Water Views and Sunset!
We enjoyed a fun and relaxing weekend on the water at Brian and Meg's house. The weather didn't cooperate for us to truly enjoying a boating experience on Lake Oneida, but, we still had a great time. Owners are both super nice people and very accommodating. The house was the perfect set up for our group. The home was clean and well appointed. Beautiful views of the water and large sandy beach area with fire pit. Sunsets were incredible! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
