Every single staff member is attentive to every detail. It’s as if they anticipate your needs before you even realize them yourself.
Our personal concierge, Catalina, made everything effortless. Alessio, our dinner waiter, and Anthony, who took care of us at breakfast, were equally wonderful, warm, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. Their care isn’t just part of their job, but it’s who they are as people. Because of them, we felt immersed in Costa Rican hospitality and culture in a way that words can’t quite capture.
Catalina helped us plan amazing excursions: a guided tour of Manuel Antonio, a 90 minute couples massage on-site, and a breathtaking waterfalls tour that became one of our favorite memories. With only about 20 guests on the property, everything felt intimate and serene. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted, upgraded to a beautiful room, and made to feel at home right away.
And then there’s La Luna, the on-site restaurant that completely blew us away. After trying several restaurants in the area, this was easily our favorite. Thank you Alessio for all the wonderful"
