"The view is incredible and the convenience of having multiple restaurants and the beach within walking distance is phenomenal!!! The location is absolutely wonderful. However, the pictures online are a liklittle deceiving. The property looks a bit worn down. The room we were given was very basic. The furniture needs an upgrade. There were absolutely no hooks in the bathroom to hang up the towels or toiletry bags. We are only given one towel each which meant we had to ask for replacements regularly. There was only one mirror in the bathroom (only one mirror in the entire room actually) which made it impossible to get ready quickly. There was no full body mirror in the room which would have been very convenient since the walls are basically bare. I truly appreciate the walk in closet with shelves. This helped us keep the room looking neat and organized. The room had no iron, ironing board, or hair dryer. I feel that these basic amenities are super important and convenient. Good thing I brought a travel iron just in case! Although we were not thrilled with the room, we will consider staying here again. The staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Hopefully in the future the rooms are upgraded especially for the price we paid. To be fair I do not know if all the rooms are the same but they definitely need some improvements."

"This hotel is idyllic for couples on a romantic getaway! The rooms are "Casita-style" each with a private jacuzzi. Extremely courteous staff more than willing to go the extra mile for your comfort. The views are just spectacular everywhere you look! Would definitely come back!"

"Ok first things first, there is no breakfast involved with this bed and breakfast. I had seen pics and reviews online mentioning breakfast but that must have been when they first opened. And there is no staff on the premises although I was able to reach the staff by sending messages through the Expedia app. I booked the Pink room for myself and my father and there are two large beds and an en suite, perfect for us. The AC was kicking in our room which was great cause we were here during August and it was always a pleasure to come back to the room. There was a separate kitchen area with a microwave, coffee maker and a large sink and plenty of utensils, plates and cups. They also provided plenty of water bottles which was fantastic cause we never had to worry about getting dehydrated. (Seriously PR in August is no joke) We did have an issue on the first day cause our bathroom door got locked from the inside and we couldn't get it open but the management was able to send someone over to change the lock entirely, right away. All in all, I'd have to say that my experience here was very good and I would recommend the residence to other travelers. Btw there's a bakery around the corner called Pepino bakery which has fantastic food. Good for breakfast and great for lunch, but if you want lunch make sure to buy it early. Like before 11:30am otherwise it goes fast."

" Absolutely Amazing Family Vacation!My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Utopia Luxury Villa! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Our flight and arrival were extremely late in the evening, but Nelson and his son still took the time to come to the villa, greet us personally, and give us a thorough tour. They showed us how to operate several of the villa’s features and made sure we were comfortable before leaving.Nelson was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. He even provided us with a list of things to see and do in the area, along with information about excursions that they offer themselves. That personal touch made our stay even more enjoyable!The villa itself was beautiful, extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely perfect—refreshing, relaxing, and a great way for the entire family to unwind and enjoy our vacation.We truly enjoyed everything about Utopia Luxury Villa and could not have asked for a better experience. Nelson and his son were wonderful hosts, and their hospitality definitely made our family vacation even more memorable.We will DEFINITELY be returning for another family vacation in the future! Thank you, Nelson, for making our stay so special! Utopia Luxury Villa is highly recommended! "
