“This was our 1st visit to The Cape. I would HIGHLY recommend our host. She made everything super easy and communication was fast and excellent. Location was very convenient to the water and dining. You dont have to worry a out a good nights sleep as the host has spared no expense on excellent mattresses in all of the rooms.”

“We had a lovely and relaxing time in CSB. Unfortunately, through no fault of the owner/property manager we were unable to stay at this location. The property manager kept us up to date on the status and quickly offered another property a short distance from this one. The communication with the property manager was excellent and quick. The alternate location was a beautiful property, well maintained and clean! We enjoyed our stay at Birds Rest with Goin Coastal. We’re grateful to both property……

“This place was truly outstanding—right on the water, with thousands of crabs visible every day. The view was breathtaking. The state parks were calming and conveniently close, and the beach was just a short ways away. The host was incredibly responsive. It was wonderfully dog-friendly, with plenty of space for the dogs to relax and play. My kids loved fishing off the back, and the pool was the perfect size—ideal for family fun. Highly recommend. ”

“This home was immaculate. I requested to arrive a few hours early due to attending my nieces wedding and driving all morning. They were soooo accommodating.
