The few problems we did have, we communicated with the host and she responded automatically and was very helpful and attentive. Would recommend this to anyone. So beautiful, convenient area, spacious, pickball was grreat and the pool was nice.”

My adult children did say they seen several roaches but it is mid summer and every bug around is trying to find a way in .. the pool needed some minor repairs.. overall a great experience and this house is worth the I felt. “Entire townhome has been updated. Home was very clean and well stocked. Manager and Team VERY responsive to questions and needs. No need too insignificant in their view. Couldn't figure out fan and remote controls. Promptly came to home to ensure batteries working and ensure we knew how to operate. Thank you again Devi and Stacy. Most management companies would have not been as responsive to such a minute concern. Have been going to Cape for (8) years and reluctant to stay at Barrier Dunes due……

“Great place to stay! Lots of perks and definitely 10/10 review! Short walk to beach and would return. Pros: roomy, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, some extras (soaps, paper towels, trash liners, detergents). Stylish decor. The beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items were a plus. We had reached out to the realty co to see if beach towels or chairs were available and we were told no. The outside items were in the outside storage area so pleasantly surprised. No beach towels as mentioned.……

“The Lion's Paw was the perfect house for our family vacation (family of 8). The home is inviting and stylish. The beds are clean, comfortable--with multiple king sized beds. I did a good bit of cooking (and my husband grilled) and the kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. My boys loved the ping pong, pool, and foosball. Amazing (uncrowded) beach that is a short walk or golf cart ride away. I personally enjoyed both the front porch and back screened porch for morning……

It was a bonus to have kayaks and bikes and beach chairs for guest use and the house was well-stocked with plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen was also well-equipped with pots and pans and other essentials. Having a private pool and plenty of floats was also nice. We enjoyed our stay.”
