It’s not the most incredible resort beach, but for the price it’s fine. Easily travel to other beaches nearby. Only negative I have was the aircon didn’t work one night, but was quickly resolved. "My family and I enjoyed ourselves at Holua, we went there to join a round-robin pickleball event. Richard that runs the facility there is AWESOME!!! We were in a unit that was near the pickleball courts which made it easy. Personnel that shuttled us from parking area to our unit and back was very nice. Enjoyed the pool right outside of our unit. I strongly recommend staying at Holua Resort. "

"Stayed in 2303. Great view of Ocean and beautiful apartment. Pool and hot tub good. Not a bad drive back to Kona for activities and quiet at apartment. Swam at Kahalu’u both days which is fantastic to see fish and turtles "
