“We stayed for 10 days as a family of four, and were disappointed by the lack of care and follow-through. Only four towels were provided for the entire stay — no spares, no mid-stay replacement, not even basic instructions for requesting more. For a 10-day booking, that’s simply not acceptable.The listing advertised a high chair, which was one of the reasons we chose this property. “We were in a city so National Park is N/A. The biggest criticism is the cleanliness. All of the tables had not been wiped, including the living area end tables. The stove top and range hood were left with greasy stains. The ensuite basin drain was black with what seemed like mould. I wanted to open the bedroom window but the sill was dusty and dead insects. The wine glasses had to be washed before use. The toilet brush in ensuite is broken.I am not sure who the host was..all our communication……
