“Upon arrival the propperty we were pleased with the size, layout and cleanliness of the propperty however it soon became clear that the overall propperty was well below our expectations. The biggest issue is that the master shower never gets hot. It looks as though the handle doesn’t work properly and doesn’t allow enough hot water through. “The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.”
