"The breakfast was great to start off, the room was clean and the staff were friendly! And the location to the hot springs! Priceless! Great choice!"

"Everything was dirty and sticky. All four of the lamps in the room were broken. Staff was generally unfriendly except one person at the front desk. The breakfast was really bad. Gross looking fruit and eggs that were not real eggs, powdered I think. The pool is only 3 feet deep. The only good thing about this place was the location right next to the gondola. We will never stay here again. Forgot to mention it’s right on the freeway, traffic all night. The whole place needs to be gutted and renovated. And cleaned properly. "
