“This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel. It's new and the decor is beautiful. However, the attention to detail is very bad. The lobby of the hotel was not dusted or vacuumed. The floor in the elevator never got mopped the entire time we were there. It was filthy. We used the guest laundry and the floor had not been swept or mopped for weeks. In our room, the middle of the floor was clean but the sides of the bathroom vanity were covered in dust bunnies and old towels. Management……

“Saturday morning at 6 am the fire alarm went off. I had worked late the night before and had to go in early that day. When I asked the front desk what was happening, they said the power had gone out on the whole block. For some reason that couldn't be explained to me, the fire alarm was set to go off in a power outage. The fire alarm sounded for the next hour and a half, making it impossible to go back to sleep. Needless to say, I had a miserable day at work on about 4 hours of sleep.”
