“Susie’s place worked great for our stay in Ft. Collins. It’s conveniently located to Old Town, so it’s a short walk for dining and shopping. The access to the Poudre River Trail system is excellent. If you intend to do much cooking, kitchen supplies are limited. It wasn’t an issue with us, as there are a lot of good restaurants in Old Town. Susie was an excellent host, quick to respond if we needed anything. ”

“The property was just as described/pictured. It is on the backside of the main house and can be accessed through the alleyway that runs parallel to the primary house’s main street. Be on the lookout for that as we made the mistake of not using the alley initially. It was small, definitely wouldn’t be comfortable for more than two people, but clean and well appointed. The water pressure and temperature were amazing and it was centrally located without being too busy.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Super close to campus. Walking distance to the beautiful CSU flower garden. Two parking spaces was nice so our college kids could come over. And the family room, kitchen, and fire pit were great.”

“The location was great. Hot tub was very nice. It was a nice space. It is a basement unit which was not clear from posting. Also, since it is a basement unit it was quite loud. You could hear whenever anyone walked or did anything above. ”

“Perfect location to enjoy Horsetooth Reservoir and have some fun at night with live music next door at the Tavern. Very friendly atmosphere. Jetted tub was nice. There was a picture of a BBQ, so I brought steak & hamburgers to grill for 2 nights of dinner...... NO PROPANE. Wish I would of know that major detail when planning meals.Had to use the oven using a pizza pan for the steak. LOL. Still was a great time. Thanks!”

“Our host, Basil, was very easy to communicate with. He provided very quick responses to questions and made sure we had all the information we needed. The property was exactly as described and very comfortable and welcoming. Would consider renting again if we make it back to Ft. Collins.”

“Convenient location for access to CSU and downtown. The unit is near the entrance to the building so it can be a bit noisy, but earplugs are helpfully provided. Unfortunately there were some issues with how clean the studio was upon arrival; the host apologized and provided a new set of sheets.”
