“There were only 2 parking spots for handicap and 2 spots for credit card holders. Would have loved to be able to park in the handicap since I had to walk from one end to another. Go up the elevator then walk to the other side. Recommend thinking about those who are injured. Room was not clean. There was trash in the coroner by our window. One of the bed sheets had a cigarette burn in it. The other had QUEEN written on it.. shower had hair all over it and black stuff on the wall.”

“Room was clean upon arrival. Miscommunication with cleaning staff and attempted to rectify for room cleaning needs towards end of trip. Never got fresh bedding and had to ask for replacement towels. Three days we made sure we did not have the do not disturb sign hanging and spoke to the mgr on duty but room cleaning never came. Great area. Seemed quiet most of time.”

“We needed a handicapped room as my sister is a amputee and walking distance or stairs are a problem plus the handicapped shower was perfect. Staff l spoke with even made sure they even got us a room close to the entrance too. Made our whole stay so comfortable. Loved the beds, AC was perfect, that was important to our rest. Bathrooms were so neatly set up and roomy for handicapped showering. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so great with such a wonderful room!”

“Charged 100% booking fee bc I couldn’t get in by 3am due to flight delay. Staff unwilling to check me in late, made me inform Expedia to cancel reservation, then hit me will full charge. Expedia unable to assist or protect customer. Predatory practices by this establishment. Never again!”
