“Outside is a little rustic looking; updated and very nice on the inside. Great location! Shower is a step below the rest of the cabin but, it's clean and works. This was a great find and well worth a repeat trip.”

“This little cabin was in an ideal getaway spot close to hiking trails and perfectly situated in the mountains. Be aware that it is a mountain cabin. Everything works, and everything is clean, but it is a rustic. Specifically, there are tricks to getting a hot shower, but don't give up the water heater does work. They just did a whole bunch of improvements, and it made the cabin very comfortable. This is a mountain gem, and I couldn't recommend it more.”

“The cabin is charming and very clean. We were very comfortable there. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed the beautiful front porch. Little traffic so walking our dog was easy plus there is a nice canal trail behind the house ”

“Entire place was great, even in the August heat of 80 degrees, it was so nice to spend time down by the creek, a quick jump in and out of the water was plenty. We thought we'd go into town for meals, but ended up cooking and staying in–eating lunch at the creek and dinner up on the deck. Can't wait to visit again!”

“This property looked ordinary from the outside, but once we opened the doors and saw the incredible view and access to the lush backyard, creek and trees, we were hooked! With perfect walking distance to Nevada City's Historic Downtown, we barely needed to drive again until we left. Hot tub sitting with coffee each morning was a dream, and the cleanliness of the house made for a relaxing getaway. 5 Stars for sure.”
