“Absolutely terrible. When we first checked in (which took over 20 min) we were given a key card for a room that someone was already occupying. When we were finally assigned a room that wasn’t occupied (another 15min) The room was dirty with cigarette ashes, only 1 towel, no coffee maker. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart! We dropped our stuff went to get dinner. Came back an hr later, someone was opening our door with a key given to them by the same staff that checked us in. This was……

“Desk clerk friendly and helpful on check in. Comfortable bed, room needed some updating but overall good for price range. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Scrabbled eggs tasted like made from powder and sausage just average. Fruit ( apples and oranges) edible but not fresh. Stayed 3 days and ate cold cereal and bagel the remaining 2 days. Limited coffee also. ”

“This stay was unacceptable. The room was dirty and poorly maintained; stained carpet and bedding, a leaking and dirty fridge, dust and debris everywhere, and damaged fixtures. Under the bed and even at the bottom of the mattress there was visible trash. We couldn’t even sleep comfortably because of how unclean it was. It clearly was not properly cleaned or inspected before check-in. This falls well below basic hotel standards. I am requesting a refund and would not stay here again.”

“In general, this place was way overpriced for what it offered. We were offered a water bottle upon check in, which we got to tote with our luggage to our room. For $325 per night, might they arrange to make water bottles standard for the room? The breakfast was okay, but very staff hands-off. How about a pitcher of cream for coffee instead of thimble sized plastic "cups"? The place felt secure, but I'm still not sure what we were paying for that made this place supposedly special.”

“Our room was facing the street and was noisy. There are bars across the street which were loud with people and motorcycles coming and going until 2 am on a Friday night. The following night the people in room next door were not respectful of the quiet hours and the walls are very thin. I also would not recommend the hotel if you have any mobility issues.”

“The room was clean. Furniture sparse, but in good condition. Bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. Heating and AC unit was adequate for the size of the room. Bathroom was worn, but clean, and included a new shower unit with hot water on demand. All and all a good road stop inn for a couple of nights stay.”
