"Loved our stay at Shady Pines! Even lost power on Christmas Day due to storms and the kids thought it was “so cool”. The wood burning fireplace was exceptional and brought the warmth needed. Thank you to our lovely hosts for providing a real Christmas tree with lights! We brought some decorations and even left them in a box in the garage for them to keep for future guests. Zero issues, other than we couldn’t find a flashlight- but we found plenty of light needed surrounding the fireplace and got to spend time as a family playing games with zero electronics. :) Can’t wait to come back. "
